that you like.  If you are in the US or outside UK samples will take
about 10 days, 3-5 in the UK.If you haven’t
had time to order samples, please send us a photo of your outfit in
natural light so we can match it as best we can.****All
designs are secured with large tamper proof labels which need to be
broken in order to wear which make them impossible to be worn without removing them.  ****
We ship everything within the UK special delivery. For international
orders we use FedEx, UPS or DHL Express to the US and abroad.  Once
marked as shipped it guarantees next day arrival in UK and 2-3 business
days if you are in US or Europe and within 5 days elsewhere like
Australia and New Zealand.We do also combine shipping which should
happen automatically if you think it hasn’t, please email us and we can

Returns - Long Distance Selling Regulations require us to : accept
returns for 14 days after delivery ( we will
confirm this via Royal Mail). Please email us to let us know you are
returning the item, we need to receive the fascinator back within 7
days. You then need to notify us by email of your intention to return
the goods after which you have a further 7 days in which to post the
goods back to us. ****
We check all items before they are sent to ensure they are in perfect
condition. Fascinators and hats MUST be returned with
all tags attached regardless of reason for return. Returns will NOT be
accepted if tags are removed or tampered with for any reason this
includes trying on, damaged in post, comb breaking, item not suitable,
etc. The
tags are impossible to be put back together (glued sewn etc we have
seen it all!) once broken, so please be sure you want the hat BEFORE you
remove it because once it is off or any evidence of tampering, we will
not accept a return for ANY reason. Fascinators must be returned in
original packaging at the cost of
the buyer. Return postage will not be refunded for any reason unless
agreed beforehand. You should send these back to us recorded delivery as
if we do not receive the item back we can`t refund you.
