Due to the personal nature of our products, refunds will only be processed for items returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Upon receiving your order, you can clearly assess the colour, style, and quality without removing our labels. Each item includes tamper-proof security tags. If these tags are altered, broken, or tampered with in any way (including but not limited to trying on, postal damage, or damage upon arrival), the item will be considered worn, and we will be unable to issue a refund.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item received). Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Refunds will be processed within two days of receiving the returned item. We recommend using a recorded delivery method, as we cannot issue a refund if the item is not received.
